Truth is, there’s no right or wrong way to study. Everyone studies differently. I share a story about my college roommate who's still a dear friend today, who studied completely differently than I did. If I studied like her, I would've failed every exam. So you need to do what works for you.
But there are some specific things you can do to help you through this process and some strategies to help you get across the finish line.

Studying for this exam is a lot, I know. Remember to speak positively to yourself. You made it this far - and it wasn't by accident. You worked hard and kept putting one foot in front of the other. And you'll get over this last hurdle too.
Remember, this is an entry-level exam. You have plenty of time to specialize once you become a dietitian. Focus on the question in front of you and choose the best answer. If you don't know, make a guess, move on, and don't think about the questions the earlier questions. You've got this!

The RD Exam is 125 questions. 100 questions are graded and 25 are pre-test questions that are ungraded. You may get up to 145 questions. The exam covers 4 domains:
Domain I (21%): Principles of Dietetics
Domain II (45%): Nutrition Care for Individuals and Groups
Domain III (21%): Management of Food and Nutrition Programs and Services
Domain IV (13%): Foodservice Systems
