In this first episode, I share my journey - from becoming a dietitian to the experience I've had so far as a dietitian.

The biggest lesson I've learned is that your path as a dietitian might not be clear or linear - it certain wasn't for me. I've had many ups and downs.

I've walked through open doors when I wasn't sure they were good for me or what was waiting for me on the other side.

There's not right or wrong path. And there's always time and opportunities to pivot when the path you're on doesn't work for you anymore. But one things for sure, every job, every experience is valuable.
